Lately i have felt the need to want to jog and work out more so lately that is all i ahve done is work out adn try to make all my body lean and stay healthy adn active with lots of stamina. making sure to stay physically fit is on my list of things to do and maybe it should be on your if your reading this post adn thinking that you could use a work out or two.

After lookking around at so many great looking wordpress blogs over time both on wordpress.com and other self hosted wordpress blogs I decided to get my hands a little dirty and give the fre one a try and see if i like what I am seeing and writing. I have always been more of a reader then a writer but decided to give it a shot after I got my new computer adn new keyboard because my other keyboard sucked it had tons of stuff stuck under the keys so typing anything long was almost impossible without having to go back thru the whole dam post and fix spelling errors.
